MXM Solar provides an automated content posting service that allows users to schedule and publish music videos to TikTok. The Service includes:

• Automated video processing and enhancement
• Scheduled content posting to TikTok
• Content management and organization

You are responsible for:

• All content posted through the Service
• Compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Ensuring you have proper rights to all uploaded content
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MXM Solar a limited license to process and post your content as directed by you.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Post content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the Service's operation

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

MXM Solar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content or account suspension on third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
