• All content created, uploaded, processed or posted through the Service
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for such content
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Compliance with the terms and policies of any connected third-party platforms
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and access tokens

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload or process via the Service. By using the Service, you grant the Service operator a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service as configured by you.

The Service itself, including software, design and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of its respective owners.

10. Governing Law
